Our heritage

A real story, carried forward

Linda Ming Lee grew up in a Chinese family with Hakka roots, where herbal wisdom arrived in nourishing soups her parents prepared almost daily. Her father, Hoi Ming Lee, was an herbalist in China.

Today Linda is a nationally licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner on Kauaʻi’s north shore. Ming Apothecary is where she brings that inheritance together: the humble wisdom of kitchen medicine, elevated to the refined art of nourishing life.
